With their new campaign, the Federal Ministry of Finance and Economics Baden- Württemberg wants to encourage women to seek advice after taking family-leave, to find an qualification equitable workplace with perspective.
According to the Federal Statistical Office, women in Germany earn on average 22% less than man. Thus, the Federal Republic is far behind other European countries, where women earn on average 15% less than men.
Dot-gruppe succeeded in bringing the issue successfully to light this week, and garnered more than 150,000 users to examine this matter closely.
